Agile @ Scale
Agile@Scale frameworks are used to help groups of agile teams coordinate and collaborate across projects to deliver on a common vision. Scaling frameworks are unique in that they should not be used if possible, as they add overhead and reduce flexibility and thus agility. However, scaling frameworks can help groups of agile teams work together across projects in some situations.
