Leadership - Communication - Complaints
This is one of the foundational tenets of leadership, and is closely tied to the value of transparency.
Complain up.
Explain down.
Don't complain down; it erodes trust in leadership; even if that's the write "moral" things
Don't complain about things you think are problems.
First focus your energy on thinking from the other perspective. Then focus your energy on how you could solve the problem, or how you could "do better".
Once you have a better understanding of the different perspectives, as well as some ideas on how to potentially improve or change the situation, now you can "complain".
